    How do I clean my organizer?

    • Using rubbing alcohol (RA) lightly spray or put a small amount of RA on a microfiber cloth to wipe the organizer’s surfaces. The organizers can also be dusted.

    Can I paint my organizer?

    • Yes, but it is not recommended as the process can alter the finished surface and would void the warranty.

    What is the processing time?

    • Processing time can vary from 1 week to 3 weeks based on the organizers being made to order. If you have not received your product after the maximum processing time frame, please contact beard3dlife@gmail.com with your order number.

    What materials are Beard3D products made of?

    • The shelves are made from a HT (high temperature & high strength PLA (Polylactic Acid) which is biodegradable. The brackets are made with durable PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol), which is used to make most water bottles.

    Does Beard3D offer international shipping?

    • No, Beard3D only ships domestically in the USA.

  • Warranty

    Beard3D guarantees its products to be high quality, and as described. There is a 3 month no hassle guarantee. If the product breaks or has defects (not including surface imperfections) within the 3 months of purchase, you may receive a replacement (of equal value) from Beard3D LLC.

  • Do’s & Don’ts

    Don’ts


    • Don’t use a hammer or other tools to tap/hit the shelf or tube into place. This will void the warranty.


    • Don’t over tighten the bracket’s screws. Brackets broken or cracked during the installation process are not covered under the warranty.


    • Don’t install shelves or tubes in areas that stay wet or do not dry out. 3D printed products are not “water proof”. Although the material itself is water resistant, the voids and cavities of the infill is not. It is ok to keep 3D printed products in areas that contain a lot of moisture, as long as there is plenty of ventilation and time to dry out. It is safe to install/keep in those areas. If mold or mildew builds up inside the printed product, the warranty will not cover a replacement or refund.
